Maintel Holdings has appointed Stephen Beynon as Non-Executive Chair to the Board of Directors, bringing nearly three decades of experience in telecoms and energy businesses gained across B2B and B2C services.
Beynon career has seen him successfully run the B2B division of Virgin Media in the UK and Optus in Australia, and most recently, he was co-President of Eutelsat's Connectivity Business and CEO of its Low Earth Orbit satellite subsidiary OneWeb.
He currently holds a directorship at Thundrige, with previous directorships at OneWeb Holdings, Aggreko Employment Services, Aggreko International Projects, and LDR Realisations 2019 within the past five years.
He will take over as Chair of the Nomination Committee and will also become a member of the Remuneration Committee.
