Evolve IP has welcomed two additions to its solutions team, to further enhance its wider partner support pedigree, bringing extensive experience and industry knowledge to the company.
Solutions Consultants Tom Mellows and Dee Patel are pre-sales technical specialists who will manage solutions that integrate into the company’s renowned white label platform and support the global sales team.
Mellows brings more than 15 years’ experience in managed services and a wealth of technical expertise and knowledge to the team, starting his career at a Cambridge-based MSP.
He has managed the full lifecycle of UCaaS products - from development and presales to technical implementation and ongoing support.
Mellows explained: “Joining Evolve IP represents the next step up the career ladder for me. I’m enjoying having an impact on the Solutions team, supporting Partner Managers in delivering UCaaS solutions.
“Being part of delivering new products to our partner ecosystem is very rewarding, focusing on leveraging emerging technologies such as Agentic AI to enhance our offerings.”
He has been joined by Dee Patel who has been working in the cloud technology space for almost two decades in telecoms, unified communications, and customer service.
