Jamf has reported key success metrics of its new Global Partner Program, launched last year to boost the growth of its channel partners and MSPs, and 12 months later, the program is delivering measurable results including a 50% increase in partner-driven investments.
Since implementing the Global Partner Program, Jamf has streamlined partner-led deal registrations, allowing for real-time visibility into status, progress and upcoming renewals, helping its partners more effective customer engagement.
Early success of its Global Partner Program is already evident in key performance metrics that show over 50% YoY increase in partner-driven deal registration – as a result of new investments in channel, Jamf has seen a boost in deal registration through its channel network.
Results also reveal that Jamf more than doubled the number of partners in the program, with more resellers, carriers, MSPs, and system integrators joining the program in the first twelve months of its launch, expanding Jamf’s global reach.
“Our channel partners bring invaluable knowledge and resources that enhance the customer experience, accelerate adoption, and drive long-term success for businesses,” said Marc Botham, Vice President, Global Channel Sales at Jamf (pictured).
“Introducing more customers through the channel allows us to scale more effectively while ensuring those customers receive localised expertise and dedicated support from our trusted partners.”
“As an MSP, we work with countless vendors, but Jamf stands out as a partner," said Anoush d'Orville, CEO at Advisory Solutions.
“The platform is the one-stop shop for macOS management and security, but what sets them apart is their ongoing investment in supporting MSPs, and tools like PartnerHub provide the infrastructure we need to navigate every stage of the sales and client support cycle, making our jobs easier and more effective. We consistently see the impact of our partnership in real time.”
The Jamf Global Partner Program reaches partners in over 70 countries worldwide and uses a points-based system that rewards partners and equips them with the necessary resources they need to grow their businesses while helping companies to succeed with Apple.
