Mobile Tornado has joined forces with Accel Telecom to deliver an in-vehicle phone solution that integrates Mobile Tornado's Push To Talk platform with Accel's Voyager connected car smartphone.
Accel is a provider of cellular-based connected car solutions, combining Android smartphone technologies to create a standalone 3G connected car smartphone, called Voyager.
According to the firm, incorporating Mobile Tornado's Instant Message, Talk and Locate software with the smartphone improves business productivity and performance by enabling companies and those drivers travelling in a business capacity to connect one-to-one or one-to-many at the touch of a button.
Firms can stay in instant communication with one or many employees simultaneously, locate the workforce out on the road and alert them immediately if any major issues arise.
