TalkTalk Group has underlined its intention to fully support the channel and wholesale business currently operated by Tiscali UK's business division.
The pledge follows the announcement on 8 May that agreement has been reached for TalkTalk Group to acquire Tiscali UK's operations.
Charles Dunstone, CEO of TalkTalk Group, says: "Tiscali has extensive wholesale data capabilities and expertise. Working with our business services division Opal, Tiscali will bring a significant additional dimension to the group and enable us to further develop the markets for both enterprise networks and white-label ADSL broadband."
David Goldie, Corporate Development Director of TalkTalk Group, added: "We are committed to an exciting programme of product innovation and development over the next year which will be attractive to both Opal and Tiscali's business partners. It will help them to enhance the services offered to their customers."
