Channel Telecom held a roundtable dinner event for its partners to get feedback on the latest additions to the product portfolio now being offered by the provider of business network services.
The was held aboard The 'Leven' floating restaurant in London's Docklands.
Hosted by Clifford Norton, Managing Director and other members of the Channel Telecom account management team, the roundtable dinner provided partners with an opportunity to discuss latest developments in the company's service portfolio. Short informal presentations included FCS membership, hosted and SIP and data services.
Norton stated: "A big part of our channel proposition is personalised service and The 'Leven' dinner provided us with the ideal opportunity to talk with some of our larger partners and get feedback on the things we are doing right and where they think we can improve our service delivery.
"In the end our success depends on our partners' success which is why we value them and want to know their opinions. That is why The 'Leven' dinner is just the latest in an ongoing series of partner consultations."
