CTI Group's call recording solution SmartRecord has received certification for integration with the Avaya Aura IP communications platform. By delivering SmartRecord alongside Avaya Aura, Avaya resellers will be able to offer a web-based, scalable and multi-tenant call recording platform that is able to operate in virtualised (VM) environments.
